What happens if I do not receive my email?
Your order will be sent to you via email from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not see that in your email inbox, please check your spam folder. If you do not see the email in your spam folder, search email@example.com in your inbox.
What happens if the button/link to my tickets does not show up on my email?
Sometimes your email program will block external images. Depending on your email program you may need to click on a link or button to download the picture of the button.
What if we are a party of more than one person coming to the event at different times?
Each ticket that you purchase online can be printed out individually, or accessed via the purcahse email with a smart phone. Make sure everyone in your party has access to thier own ticket, whether a printed out copy or access to it via smart phone through the email received.
Can I use my phone to display the ticket bar code for admission?
Yes, the email you receive has a link you can use to see each ticket you have purchased. Each ticket you purchase will have it's own individual bar code that can be scanned by an Employee at the Admission Gates.
How do I redeem my Carnival Wristband?
If you have purchased your Carnival wristband online, print out the ticket or access it via smart phone and take it to one of the Butler Amusements ticket booths inside the fairgrounds.
